Local rugby heroes honoured at Cunningham Grange

Taylor Wimpey North West’s Cunningham Grange development, which is named after St Helens rugby legend, Keiron Cunningham, has honoured several more rugby greats by naming streets after them.

The house builder, which is currently building on the site of the former St Helens RLFC stadium, has now officially announced that the street names for Cunningham Grange will be Newlove Avenue, Wellens Walk, Sulthorpe Close, Coslett Drive and Cunningham Court, named after past and present St Helens players.

Julie Harper, regional sales manager for Taylor Wimpey North West, says: “Following on from the fantastic reception the launch of Cunningham Grange received, we are very excited to now be able to reveal that the street names have been chosen in honour of more of St Helens rugby greats. St Helens is a first-rate team that the whole community is proud of, so it felt only appropriate to acknowledge this by naming our development’s streets after some of the team’s most loved players.”

House hunters in St Helens will soon be able to view Cunningham Grange’s stunning new show home which is due to launch in July. The show home, which will be styled by Taylor Wimpey’s top interior designers, will give visitors the opportunity to gain some style inspiration for their current or future home.

Cunningham Grange offers a range of two and three bedroom homes priced from £127,458 as well as a host of financial incentives designed to make moving more affordable. The development offers a wide range of local amenities for day to day living, both in the immediate area and nearby Eccleston. There’s also an excellent range of restaurants, pubs and bars locally.

For a peaceful day out there are a number of parks to explore, most notably Sherdley Park with over 700 acres of beautiful natural parkland and open woodland, formal gardens and a lake, as well as a children’s play area. Knowsley offers two of the region’s visitor highlights at the National Wildflower Centre and Knowsley Safari Park, and for keen golfers the Grange Park Golf Club is close by. There are fantastic educational facilities for all ages, including several primary and secondary schools and sixth form colleges.

For more information on the homes at Cunningham Grange, visit the marketing suite open Thursday to Monday from 11.00am to 5.30pm.
