hey ladies who still check the board, i was wondering if there was enough interest in putting together a team for solstice. the tournament is on june 26 and 27th in tulsa, ok. we'll be camping so no worries on paying for hotels, and there'll be hellas people and good times. it's a fun tourny and a good way to embrace summer and play some ultimate. post ASAP if you want to play please.

Just an article I read in the paper today about a type of therapy that doctors are developing for tendon and ligament injuries. The therapy doesn't require surgery, which means a significantly shorter recovery time and uses the individuals own blood to increase the healing process. Thought it was pretty interesting
